Our world is in desperate need of bold, passionate men of integrity. Yet such men aren't born; they're built, shaped, and formed by God. Best-selling author Steve Farrar will guide you through the story of Joseph, a humble shepherd who overcame tremendous odds to become an influential leader. It's here you will discover the process that creates true men of God, where He works providentially, strangely, and slowly. Uncover the biblical pattern for growth, gain insights into common frustrations and difficulties,

and become equipped for the journey ahead.

About The Author:
Steve Farrar is the founder and chairman of Men's Leadership Ministries. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a Master's degree from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon, he also has an earned a doctorate from Dallas Theological Seminary. Steve authored the best-selling book, Point Man: How a Man Can Lead His Family and has since written fifteen other books. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, for Promise Keepers and at many other events nationwide. Steve and his wife, Mary, have three grown children and currently reside in suburban Dallas, Texas.

Subject: Live a life of Faith

The evening study will be brought to you by your favorite bearded rednecks, the men of Duck Dynasty.

Faith Commander covers five parables of Jesus, and uses real life examples to show how to live (and, sometimes, how NOT to live) in the manner that Jesus had set forth. Focusing of faith, forgiveness, kindness, prayer, and obedience we'll learn through the Robertson's own unique style how to

live a life of faith.

The cost for this study is $12 (click here for the payment screen), which will cover your study guide needed to follow along. We will meet from 7pm - 9pm in a new location: the Loft at Crosspoint. Ladies' Bible Study

Oct. 12 - Nov. 30 9am or 6:30pm

The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer is the Study that our Bling Women's Ministry will be hosting Wednesdays Oct. 12 - Nov. 30 at either 9am or 6:30pm. Child care will be provided for those in attendance at the study.

Cost: $25 includes materials and childcare if you need it

Dates: Wednesdays Oct. 12 - Nov. 30

Times: 9am or 6:30pm

Place: The Warehouse North at Crosspoint

Subject: Armor of God

Description of Study:

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you're tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you. The Enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory. (7 Sessions)

About the Author:

Priscilla Shirer is a wife and mom first, but put a Bible in her hand and a message in her heart, and you'll see why thousands meet God in powerful, personal ways at her conferences. With a Master's Degree in biblical studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, Priscilla brings the depths of Scripture to life. Her Bible studies span such topics as Exodus, hearing the voice of God, and biblical characters like Jonah and Gideon. She has also written many books, including the New York Times bestseller The Resolution for Women She and her husband, Jerry, lead Going Beyond Ministries, through which they provide spiritual training, support, and resources to the body of Christ. They count it as their greatest privilege to serve every denomination and culture across the spectrum of the church.
