Wil Deahl – Lead Pastor

Wil became our Lead Pastor in 2004 and the dress code at church has never been the same since.  Wil is the creative catalyst for the vision of crosspoint.  He has a BHAG (Big Harry Audacious Goal) of connecting with people from our community who don’t “do church.”  Every week he passionately leads the church to discover more about God and in doing so we always discover more about ourselves (funny how it never works the other way around).  When Wil isn't thinking “church” he’s enjoying time with his family; Cheryl his beautiful wife, his son Noah and his daughter Miri.  Their favorite getaway is a good day of wakeboarding at the lake.

Paul Olde – Associate Pastor

Paul Olde joined the staff as full-time Associate Pastor in March of 2006 after completing a 20-year career as an Air Force pilot and a few years as a Financial Advisor.  He leads crossoint’s Music Ministry and oversees the Tech and Men's Ministries.  He was active in our Music Ministry for many years as a volunteer before coming on staff. Paul enjoys singing and playing the guitar; watching football (Gig ‘Em Ags! and How ‘Bout Them Cowboys!); watching, playing, and coaching soccer; snow skiing; and spending time with friends and family. Paul has been married to his smokin’ hot wife (and the Director of Operations), Christie, for over 20 years and has two great children, Samantha and Michael.  Contrary to popular belief, Paul does have a sense of humor.

Michele Flournoy – Kidz Pastor

Is it ok to start a career at 40-something?  Well that’s just what Michele did and she’s loving it!  Michele became our full-time KidzPastor in 2006.  KidzVenture is an exciting place to be for both kidz and volunteers! Michele and her husband, Kyelan, have been married since 1983 and have 3 kids.  Derek, Brittney and Dakota.  They have been members here since 2001 and are excited about all that God is doing in the lives of people.  In addition to being crazy about God and her family…Michele loves trucks…CROCS (16 pairs and counting)…and Dr. Pepper (especially over Sonic ice)! “Teaching kidz about Jesus and how much He loves them and how to have a relationship with them, is truly a special thing.  Doing it in a fun and creative way that gets them excited about Jesus…is incredible”!!

David Kline – Youth Pastor

David is the newest member to our pastor staff joining us in May 2007. When it comes to the NEXT student ministry he is MAX-imizing the positive influence of Christ to the future leaders of our world. David is still a full-time student pursuing a degree in Student Ministry. You can easily get David to laugh with the cheesiest of jokes. (Really, just try it!) His friends are amazed at his ambitions and maturity. The students have discovered an incredible young man who has a passion for God. When he's not working you can find him playing games on his PC, hanging out with friends or buying another T-shirt with a corny message!

Christie Olde – Director of Operations

Christie joined our staff in May of 06.  She was a stay at home mom for 17 years and has been a long time member and volunteer at crosspoint. She is the president of the crosspoint Band’s fan club and follows them everywhere they play.  She seems to have a little crush on the “Leader of the Band”.  That could be because she has been married to him since 1986. She has 2 fabulous children, Samantha is in College at Texas A & M University.  Michael is at Steele High school.  Our family loves spending time together. Christie has a real passion for the vision of crosspoint.  She loves her job & the staff she works with and has to be told often to go home!!!

Cindy Young –Director of Volunteerism

Cindy joined the crosspoint team in October, 2007. She is passionate about getting people "plugged in" and connected at crosspoint.  A job she created for herself is being the “Green Champion” for crosspoint.  We are now doing our best to be environmentally friendly by using all the containers she has labeled and positioned for recycling.  Besides Tony her Air Force husband, her pride and joy are her children Jake and Josh and, of course, her beloved labradoodle, Roxie. When she's not hanging out with her family outdoors, she can probably be found watching HGTV and trying to re-decorate their house or anything else she can get her hands on!
