Welcome to Crosspoint Band Auditions!

We are grateful for your interest in serving with the Crosspoint Band.  

We are excited about the possibility to work with you. We aim to make the dream

of reaching seekers and building believers through music come true.

WE WIN BY CONNECTING PEOPLE TO THE HEART OF GOD THROUGH MUSIC.

We're always looking for gifted singers and instrumentalists to join our team and help us lead our church family in worship. We believe that music is a powerful tool that can connect us with God and with each other, and we're looking for people who share that belief.

Here are a few things we expect from our team and we ask you to consider before signing up for an audition:

1.  Time.  When asked to serve all team members are committing to a rehearsal, sound check, and all services.  This can amount to a minimum of 6 hours spent on campus, not including personal preparation which is expected.

2.  Excellence.  We serve an excellent God and we strive to serve Him with excellence.  It is expected that all band members come to rehearsal prepared.  We expect all parts to be played/sang at the time of rehearsal.

3.  Growth.  Every person in the Crosspoint Band is on a journey of musical and spiritual growth.  We must be willing to take a position of humility and understand there is always room for improvement.  We're committed to helping our team members grow in their faith and their musical abilities.

4.  Community.  As a church and as a team we are here to support one another in our strengths and shortcomings.  We are interested in you and your journey. Keep in mind that if it is not your time to serve with our band, we want to encourage you and make sure that you find a place in our church community at Crosspoint.
