Lead Pastor

Wil spent his adolescent years growing up in the area and graduated from Clemens High School in 1986. After graduating from Howard Payne in 1990 with a Theology degree he started serving as a Student Pastor. In 1994 Wil and Cheryl married and eventually had two kids they sent to Texas A&M (Whoop!). It was during his kid's younger years that he became the founding pastor of Crosspoint Fellowship Church in 2003. Fast forward to 2024, they became grandparents! Besides Wil’s passion for ministry, he has an entrepreneurial spirit and is a partner in one business, and also owns several rental properties. In his downtime he enjoys spending time on the water - this is his happy place.

NextGen Pastor

Hannah joined Crosspoint in October of 2023. She is from Alabama but has lived all over the South East (in 9 different states to be exact). She has been in Texas serving in Kids Ministry almost 10 years and feels like a Texan now. She attended Liberty University and graduated with a degree in Church Ministry. Hannah has a heart to teach kids God’s Word and partner with Parents in Family Discipleship. She enjoys being outside, trying new food, finding new coffee shops, listening to podcasts, and being competitive from game nights to playing pickle ball. She loves sports of all kinds but she is a major fan of the Auburn Tigers, Liberty Flames, Spurs, and Astros.

Music Pastor

Jorge joined the Crosspoint team in February 2017 as the Music Pastor. Jorge is from Piedras Negras, Mexico and moved to San Antonio in 2010 to study music theory at UTSA. He met his wife Kayla, Crosspoint's Creative and Communication Director, in 2015 and they have been working and worshiping together ever since. Together Jorge and Kayla have two wonderful children, Ari Rae and Leo. Music and serving God are not the only passions Jorge has developed over the years. He has a deep love for the futbol (soccer) video game FIFA. #HumbleBrag -Jorge has been one of the top 10 players of FIFA on Xbox in the world!

Director of Operations

Adam Joined the Crosspoint team in May of 2024 as the Director of Operations. Adam was raised in Alaska where he met the love of his life, Lisa, and has been married to her since 1994. They have one daughter, Kelsey, who is 25 and is a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the PICU at University Hospital in San Antonio. Adam served 22 years in the Marine Corps as a Personnel Officer. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing with friends. Adam is looking forward to this new opportunity.

Office Manager

Roxanne joined our staff in October of 2008. Before joining our staff, she never dreamed that she’d be working for a church. Roxanne has lived in San Antonio all her life. She married the love of her life, Felix, in 1989 and raised two children, Zach and Ashley, whom they are proud of. Roxanne enjoys every chance she gets, loving on and spending time with her grandkids. They always put a warm smile on her face and heart! Roxanne brings stability and excellence to our staff. She appreciates the value of great friends!

Creative and Communications Director

Raised in the Austin area, Kayla, has always enjoyed the creative arts. She grew up singing and acting in choir, plays, speach and debate, operas and musicals. After graduating from Texas State University she spent 8 years as a music and choir teacher. Kayla joined the Crosspoint staff in September of 2022. She and her husband, Jorge, enjoy collaborating in the Crosspoint Band as well as spending time with their beautiful daugher Ari Rae and son Leo. A perfect night for the couple would be at home with Chick-fil-A endulging in a great superhero or Star Wars series and debriefing afterwards.
